"Transformation: Starting With You" ​

Robert Kegan is the Meehan Research Professor of Adult Learning and Professional Development at Harvard University, and one of the world's foremost authorities on adult development, leadership, and organizational transformation. The recipient of numerous honorary degrees and awards, his forty years of research and writing on adult development - influencing the practice of leadership development, executive coaching, and culture change throughout the world - has unleashed the hope that we can all keep growing, at any age.
For the past twenty years, Kegan has served as a trusted advisor to CEOs and their teams across the US, South America, Europe, Mideast, and Asia. His seminal books including The Evolving Self, In Over our Heads, and Immunity to Change.

Dr. Kegan's fast-moving, interactive workshop on "Transformation: Starting With You" will introduce us to a highly impactful approach to mindset change based on a generation of research and practice.

Thursday Evening Dinner
Join us from 6:00-9:00pm for a celebratory dinner with fellow portfolio company leaders and AIP team members at Estiatorio Milos (125 W 55th Street). The restaurant is a two minute walk from the hotel where our summit is located.
